Miley Cyrus, has become a Virus? 2013
________________________________
Remember when Miley Cyrus was 'Hannah Montana'? Well I don't because I'm a male. But I have some sort of idea that she wasn't merely a 'party animal' or alleged 'free spirit' then, and didn't wan't to damn twerk! (By the way twerk was recently integrated into the English dictionary)
Besides that, let's get to the point; Over the past few years Miley Cyrus has been in a transitional phase of her life, contrasting from likable, warm Hannah Montana, entertaining adolescents in TV flicks and singing with non-explicit encores to what we've recently speculated in her latest hit release, 'We Can't Stop.'
You'd think, sure, Miley would prefer to retain that personality that she has been so renowned and respected for because it has established the foundations of her fame and brought her to popularity, but no. The scheming antics of Hollywood insist that Miley should generate some 'bad publicity' - something alarming, interesting and intriguing for the masses to gorge upon.
Well that's exactly what has happened; by being bombastic, eccentric and prolific Miley has developed quite the notoriety, giving her that much needed spotlight, but it came at a cost. Practically halving her fan base, as represented in her Vevo 'We Can't Stop' Official video, the likes and dislikes rating are near enough at a 1:2 ratio, no more fun'n'games it seems for Miley, some may proclaim that she's going off the rails, being controlled by the media or just being plain naive. Sure you'd tend think that at first in the shock of 'What's happened to my childhood idol?!' but let me explain, prior to this abrupt outburst from Miley, her recognition in fame was dwindling as she was cast into the array of many mediocre musical artists she must have felt inclined to do something; think about KONY 2012, though invoking, moving and poignant, we practically all succumbed to its' emotional impact, let's admit, well Ms. Cyrus has taken that sort of publicity and exploited its' effectiveness to maximize her status. Who doesn't like a bit of controversy after all? People are attracted to a good hustle in the media, and Miley has intentionally reflected that.
Where this aura of refulgent adolescent irresponsibility will take her, who knows?
